Cancellation Policy
All services are reserved with a credit card. Please observe the courtesy of cancelling or rescheduling services 6 hours before appointment time. In the event it is within the 6 hour time frame, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service. In the event of a no-show, you will incur a 100% service fee.

 

If you are running late
We request our guests be punctual to their service appointments. We commit ourselves to be as flexible as possible, however if you are more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee the full length of your service.
